I have a profound interest in understanding the interplay between people, technology, society, and nature: how and why goals, needs, and behaviour evolve, and where opportunities for better design live.
My approach is grounded in critical, exploratory and interdisciplinary thinking. I strategise multi-methods research to help stakeholders reframe and navigate problems, unravel ambiguity and complex challenges in context, and deliver fundamental insights that drive impactful, human-centred product decisions in fast-paced environments.
At the heart of my work is deep empathy and a commitment to democratise research. I believe accessible, actionable, and empowering research yields positive outcomes for all—users, teams, and organisations.
